Our Mission
OKR Advisors was founded on a mission to help entrepreneurial leaders and their organizations achieve superior strategy execution through the effective use of OKRs and related methodologies.
We believe there is a better way to build and connect mastery of practice in OKRs with the strategy execution needs of leaders and organizations via a community of certified practitioners and independent expert advisors. As such, we are re-imaging the traditional management consulting model to provide customers the support they need in the ways they desire.

Our Story
In our combined 75 years of experience serving senior leaders in entrepreneurial organizations, we’ve identified a common pattern across most of our clients that we ultimately decided to address as a founding team.
Leaders at various stages of the business lifecycle want to implement modern, agile ways of working to improve performance and better position themselves for future success in today’s rapidly changing business environment. In some cases the need comes from a desire to scale up for growth. In other cases there is a desire to innovate and renew growth. In most cases leaders are struggling to stay current. The reality is that the leadership and management practices of the past are just not enough for the demands of today. Most of the time, the challenge is not lack of ideas or strategy, but the ability to effectively execute on that idea or strategy, and align teams and the whole organization behind it so everyone is pulling in the same direction around commonly agreed and well-known objectives.
This is not easy for leaders and teams to deal with if they don’t have the expertise, especially given the demands to build a product or platform quickly while responding to market demands.
This is where OKRs come in, and where OKR Advisors was founded to build and enable a community of experts to support clients in new and innovative ways.
